|Recommended: YesCanyon Ridge Rating — The apartment is nice with fairly new appliances, my paid parking spot is not ideal and far from my apartment. The staff Sierra was very professional and exceptionally helpful in helping me go through the renting process and other questions.

Apartment is clean and spacious plus proximity to work is a huge bonus. I have yet to visit the on-site amenities, but at a glance they look fantastic Thank you

|Recommended: YesRecommended choice for people with kids. — A safe, well-lit place for a family with kids Elevator and kids play area were the major plus points when we chose to move in . I like that the apartment has enough amenities for the whole family, including the pet maintenance area. Maintenance staff are very prompt in attending to requests and they have recently started providing a weekend night patrol service which is very useful to handle surprises. Overall, I would recommend Canyon Ridge apartments definitely.
